Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important. We hold it just for you & we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule that you provide a 24-hour notice.  This way we can accommodate clients that may be on standby.  We do, of course understand that unavoidable issues arise & we'll do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.  However, if last minute cancellations become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee of (40%)  your total service.  

"NO-SHOW"  or "NO-CALL" you'll be charged  (100%)
